Every now and then we get off track in life and someone with an outside perspective asks the question, 'What were you thinking ?' Of course, hindsight is 20/20 . . . and we consider with a laughing uneasiness the decisions we've made that narrowed our options to the specific life experience we now know. Late at night we stare at the ceiling and ask of our Self . . . 'How on Earth did I end up HERE ?' It seems like we've been juggling issues our entire lives. Some expectations fall to the floor while our dreams are flying so high they're forgotten, and right within our grasp are the mundane concerns of daily life which we would gladly minimize if we could. We try to 'get with the program', but somehow there's always something crucial missing. Does any of this sound familiar ? Satisfaction and happiness are temporary experiences for most people, so it's no wonder that we're constantly looking for ways to change things for the better. Accepting life as it comes to us is tantamount to surrender. Are there any answers to this human condition ? What have we been thinking ?
There's an answer to that which will open your Mind to a whole new way of living . . . and it's not a philosophy, religion, or new-age meditation. You won't need to chant or eat a special diet. No one will come knocking at your door. In fact, you're doing it right now . . . reading . . . and thinking. All it takes is some understanding. Thinking follows a path . . . a kind of 'program of thought' that leads from one idea to the next, and as obvious as this seems, how you view these ideas is paramount to your being. Who you are is what you constantly think about . . . but why ? The answer will amaze you . . .
